DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

Given the extremely "unique" circumstances that has arisen due to the upcoming heated Presidential election and the raging pandemic, the Trump administration is under extreme scrutiny from all sides. This game is a simple game that seeks to portray the absurdity of the rise and decline of President Trump's administration. Who knew a reality TV show star with a small loan of a million dollars could tweet his way to the White House.

Donald Trump's rise was not an easy one. Through out the game, Trump must defeat multiple opponents to clinch the election (despite losing almost 5 million popular votes). Then he must fight his way through multiple scandals culminating in the ultimate showdown between Sleepy Joe Biden. Each level portrays a different stage of the elections/presidency. The first stage includes the primaries and general election of 2016. The middle stage focuses on the actual presidency and the final is the showdown with Biden.

ISSUES TO BE ADDRESSED

- Conveyed emotions were not immediately noticeable to the player. 

- Not all elements have been incorporated into the game yet. (Enemy types)

- Enemy projectiles need more variation between enemies.

- More variation in mechanics to challenge the player. Some sections are too difficult.

- Better backgrounds needed to sell the setting and mood of the election.
